7 Nourishing Soups

Soups are more than just an easy lunch or dinner, they’re a cornerstone of balanced living and a delicious way to support your body’s vitality – not to mention a bowl of cosy comfort. They’re deliciously packed with flavour and truly warming for those cooler months.

From nutrient-rich broths to soul-warming blends, these are seven of my most favourite, nourishing soups to add to your repertoire.

Each recipe is packed with colourful micronutrients alongside satiating protein and healthy fats to keep you energised – and to truly nurture your body from within.

1. Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken noodle soup is one of those classic, nostalgic meals that the whole family loves. This recipe serves three, but can be easily doubled and enjoyed throughout the week! Serve with fresh, crusty bread for a nourishing, soul-warming meal.

2. Tomato Capsicum & Basil Soup

My wonderful Mum has been making this soup as long as I can remember, it is truly delicious and feels like a hug in a bowl. Enjoy it as the perfect starter to your meal, or as a main with some sourdough bread served on the side!

3. Cauliflower Soup with Halloumi Croutons

This warming, spiced cauliflower soup is topped with delicious pan fried halloumi bites (imagine croutons but made from cheese – truly delicious). My creamy and nourishing soup is perfect to make for lunches in advance, and is so quick to whip together for a weeknight dinner.

4. 10-Minute Prawn Curry Noodles

Sharing my latest obsession… delicious, Asian-inspired curry noodles! These make the perfect quick dinner for the family, or if you’re looking to spice up your weekly lunches with something nutritious and so satiating.

5. JSHealth Signature Green Soup

This delicious, warming soup serves as a great starter or a nourishing main. I love to make a big pot and enjoy this throughout the week. Its packed with micronutrients for your extra boost of greens throughout the week.

6. Pumpkin & Lentil Soup

Simply delicious, this warming soup proves you don’t need complicated ingredients to make a truly flavoursome dish. Pumpkins are bursting with beta-carotene, whilst the lentils provide a good source of fibre and protein. Top with dukkah and enjoy.

7. Tortellini Minestrone

Two favourite winter-warmers (pasta and soup) meet in one heavenly dish. Simply choose your tortellini and add into our immunity-boosting minestrone for ultimate flavour and joy. Minestrone is full of nutrient-rich veggies and herbs, plus beans for an extra fibre hit.
